Refund Policy

1. General Policy

ADSx Consulting provides professional consulting and coaching services that are delivered based on time, expertise, preparation, and personalized guidance. As such, all sales are generally final, and refunds are not guaranteed once services have commenced.

2. Coaching & Consulting Services

Refunds are not available for:

• Services that have already been delivered (in full or in part)

• Coaching sessions that have been attended

• Missed sessions without sufficient notice

• Dissatisfaction based on personal outcomes, effort, or results

Coaching outcomes vary depending on individual commitment and circumstances, and ADSx Consulting does not guarantee specific results.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session, will be treated as a completed session and will not be refunded.

• One-time rescheduling is permitted at ADSx Consulting’s discretion.

4. Project-Based Services

For project management or fixed-scope consulting engagements:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

• No refunds will be issued for completed milestones or delivered work.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Services cancelled by ADSx Consulting

• Administrative or billing errors

Any approved refund will be issued at ADSx Consulting’s discretion and processed using the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact ADSx Consulting directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in termination of services and future bookings being declined.

7. Policy Updates

ADSx Consulting reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
